2、 Core functional positioning
The whole machine provides multiple isolated and regulated DC power supplies for all monitoring cards (3500/42M, 3500/50, 3500/92, etc.) of the 3500 rack, supports dual power redundant heat plugging, and meets the requirements of uninterrupted power supply for the protection system of steam turbine and compressor units.
A single module can independently carry the entire rack; Seamless switching between dual modules, one primary and one backup
Plug and unplug any power supply with power on, the rack will not stop and the monitoring signal will not be interrupted

The rated output power of the whole machine is about 30W, and it supports stable operation of a 14 slot fully equipped rack

Two half height power slots are reserved on the left side of the 3500 rack: upper=A channel, lower=B channel
3500/15-A01-B01-C01 is an integrated dual power module that occupies both upper and lower slots
Two independent 110VAC separate power sources (two different power supply circuits) to achieve redundant power supply and fault-tolerant capacity
Fault switching without delay, the unit vibration protection and overspeed interlock circuit are not affected by power supply fluctuations

8、 Key points for on-site use
Two 110VAC power supplies are recommended to be taken from two different UPS systems to avoid power outages in the same circuit and dual circuit failures
PIM terminal wiring should be shielded properly, and strong current cables and sensor signal wires should be routed separately
When there is a power failure, the upper computer 3500 software can read the power channel loss alarm and support interlocking output
Replacement of spare parts must strictly match the suffix A01/B01. Mixing high-voltage AC/DC models will burn out the rack backplane
