The two functions are completely interchangeable and can be directly exchanged

2、 Two core functions (integrated power supply and feedback acquisition)
1. Multi channel stabilized power supply unit of the system
Receive control cabinet control power transformer (CPT) with two AC inputs: 38VAC, 115VAC, complete AC-DC conversion, and output multiple controlled power sources to the entire excitation drive system:
24VDC control power supply: supplying SDCC main control card, I/O conditioning board, signal acquisition circuit
± 15VDC analog reference power supply: supplies power to feedback sampling and operational amplifier circuits
Independent 115VAC output: dedicated power supply circuit for cabinet cooling fans
Integrated fuses, EMI filters, and surge absorption circuits inside the board to suppress strong electromagnetic interference in power plants
2. DC feedback signal acquisition and processing (core “feedback” function)
Onboard high-precision differential sampling circuit, real-time acquisition of excitation/DC drive key operating quantities, converted into standard weak current signals and uploaded to SDCC main control board for closed-loop regulation:
Sampling of armature DC current and rotor excitation current
Feedback of terminal voltage and excitation bridge output voltage
Voltage monitoring of SCR thyristor rectification trigger circuit
Built in hardware current limiting and overvoltage isolation, filtering out harmonic interference from high-power rectifier circuits
BNC version coaxial interface transmits high-frequency feedback signals with lower signal attenuation, suitable for high-precision excitation regulation of high-power units

7、 Key points of installation and operation and maintenance
Anti static operation: The precision sampling chip of the board is prone to static electricity breakdown, and an anti-static wristband must be worn for disassembly and assembly
Wiring differentiation: BNC coaxial cables are routed separately, away from power cables and SCR power circuits, to avoid coupling interference
Fault diagnosis: Power LED off → Check CPT transformer input; Feedback red light is always on → current/voltage exceeds the limit, sampling circuit is disconnected
Replacement compatibility: The two models are directly interchangeable, and there is no need to download the excitation configuration again after replacement. Only the range configuration of the dip switch needs to be checked
Mark VI/VIe system cannot be mixed: The VI series uses the DS2100 new generation power feedback board, and the hardware interface is incompatible
